Solaris is the name of the star you happen to be orbiting around, if you didn't know....As a rule, star nations use stellar names to define cosmic consciousness societies....
Shel never mentions the name on his updates, so I will do so for clarification purposes....The new star nation he describes will be called Solaris......and it applies to all the waterworld planets that will be allocated for habitation, here....

A commander is not a permanent fixture, leading PAGs.....My own is used as suitable for the missions and processes utilised in service, at a given time....
I was awarded the role in the spring of 2006 by a Sirian Ascended Master, (not PAO) albeit, in complete compliance with PAO's rule of PAGs.....
