Solaris is the name of the star you happen to be orbiting around, if you didn't know....As a rule, star nations use stellar names to define cosmic consciousness societies....
Shel never mentions the name on his updates, so I will do so for clarification purposes....The new star nation he describes will be called Solaris......and it applies to all the waterworld planets that will be allocated for habitation, here....
Earth people, Martians, Venusians will all be using the collective name of Solarians.....This data is directly from Vashtar....Incidentally Shel calls him "Washta," but what the heck.... ;-) He is American, after all...

A commander is not a permanent fixture, leading PAGs.....My own is used as suitable for the missions and processes utilised in service, at a given time....
