Solaris is the name of the star you happen to be orbiting around, if you didn't know....As a rule, star nations use stellar names to define cosmic consciousness societies....
Shel never mentions the name on his updates, so I will do so for clarification purposes....The new star nation he describes will be called Solaris......and it applies to all the waterworld planets that will be allocated for habitation, here....
Earth people, Martians, Venusians will all be using the collective name of Solarians.....This data is directly from Vashtar....Incidentally Shel calls him "Washta," but what the heck.... ;-) He is American, after all...
There are some on this website who sneer at my commandership and accuse me of siting it on some comments, or blogs, and not on others, where I sign off using simply my name....
This is explained clearly on the vid above, which usefully describes the processes of functional fluid management principles, in relation to PAGs, such as my own, which as everybody knows, is based in East Anglia, England...So a function that is local, yet serves, globally and cosmically....
Clearly the rules of PAGs (Planetary Activation Groups) are explained by the PAO director....I sincerely hope the naysayers view the vid Krishna Kalki has placed here....
A commander is not a permanent fixture, leading PAGs.....My own is used as suitable for the missions and processes utilised in service, at a given time....
I was awarded the role in the spring of 2006 by a Sirian Ascended Master, (not PAO) albeit, in complete compliance with PAO's rule of PAGs.....
I know Sheldan Nidle on a personal basis and have corresponded with him, as well as telepathically communicated with him, on many occasions...
I can vouch for the veracity of his work.....which parallels my own....
