Namaste' . This is my experience on my incredibly painful abscess tooth I had over the weekend. I now see the blessing of this experience...I feel confident knowing how to heal myself on different levels.
The internet is sooooo awesome! I couldn't think...but I already knew I can not afford a dentist and I have heard of tooth re-mineralization. I found a website...cure tooth decay.com and though the man is selling a book about it....he also gives out for free, plenty of useful information.
An abscess tooth is not just an infection but a nutritional deficiency. I at first ate nothing...couldn't eat anyway....and that day was the worst until I learned what I should consume. I got essential clove oil for the pain and it is also anti-bacterial and that was a great help but did not heal it. My pain was intense...I felt like I was half in one world and half in another...the spirit world. And I did cry.
Depending on the pain...at first a green tea bag against my cheek relieved the pain and calmed my tooth enough...but there was not enough actual healing until I drank organic grass fed raw milk. Almost immediately it calmed my tooth...and within one day I felt such relief! My healing day was this last Sunday...and my tooth remained tender for a few days but today I can bite down with full strength and I am still drinking my milk. I am so grateful to the cows! I thank them with my whole heart! I also can now eat my salads so I will ease off the milk more and more...when it feels right. Also this type of milk is easy to digest but should be drunk by itself and be given the proper amount of time to digest...I'll feeel it out.
Another mineral dense food is cod liver oil...it also fights infection and has lots to offer the body to aid the healing.
Grains and legumes are not processed correctly for the most part...they all should be soaked, sprouted and possibly fermented...many indigenous cultures do this...because they know this from their ancestors.
The body can take much abuse and still seem to function...but it is time to heal. I would love to hear your stories or cures!

That is very cool LightSync! I have a friend that would put a clove of garlic in her ear...too big a piece to fall in the ear...so it just sits in your ear...that helped her. Thank you for sharing your remedy...I love to learn new ways to heal with nature!
