A NEW PLANET ONLY 40 LIGHT YEARS AWAY WATER AND ATMOSPHER

It makes me wonder how in 2009 they spotted this thing and had very little information and all of a sudden 3 years later they report it to be 2.7 times the size of earth, a watery atmosphere and 7 times the weight of earth.

Only 40 light years? They should be able to see a marble on this planet..another secret kept from the world.
