i never heard of it ... but it looks interesting, there are some similar information that goes with Urantia, unfortunately the 'chosen race syndrome' is a bit too old ... and how convenient 'that those document has been ceased by the government and then disappear' ... so whatever remains is basically not much, which of course will go to another 'probable possibility' ... well at least to the general public.
