how to acheive this?
1. learn to let go of good or bad ideas about things and flow with the experience itself more. see how it feels rather than how you beleive or think it feels, do this when you think of it and are willing to, dont attempt forcefulness.
2. try doing activities you usualy dont do, try new things that your feel are in your highest good/overal good, see how it feels, as in actualy feel the experience, and ask yourself why it is you feel the way you do, and be honest with yourself.
3. try not to force or be controlling of things around you, try to let go more and just allow things to happen without intervention, even when it comes to your personal life, just allow things more and try to not let things get you down, in the case that you want something thats unhealthy for yourself or others, allow yourself to not have it and gain an acceptance of not having it. if a person or situation is bothering you but to endure it ensures the wellbeing of yourself and others, simply allow and accept the situation as it is, without your intervention or response. if theres a task that needs doing that you dont enjoy or is painful but must be done, simply allow and accept to get the job done. also try to relax more into whatever the situation is, relax and allow and accept, those are the keys.
4. ingeneral try to be more accepting of things around you or in your awareness, including yourself, look at the bright side of situations while also noting the negative aspects, dont try to whitewash it with ideas, see it for what it is and allow it's presense in your areas of understanding, free of personal bias or good-bad ascociation. instead of good-bad, note things as either healthy/creative or destructive/hurtful, and look at the facts, discern and try to see things as they are, and make desisions accordingly.
5. try to adopt a healthy lifestyle, and a positive open minded outlook on things, be receptive to ideas from others, but discern for truth and coherency with reality, and be open to learning more about reality so understanding can reach further truth and clarity. knoledge is what helps us move foward and evolve, as it allows us to further understand our surroundings and respond and addapt accordingly to ensure our survival as beings. life is a wonderful thing, and when the embrace it and the love of life is felt from within, we will seek it's preservation and optimum health, see and observe's life's beauty, see it's many creations and the natural wonders it has acheived, including your own body. see these aspects of reality, and be inspired to make choices that corrospond to the wellbeing and overal healthy benefit of life.
a basic and easy meditation to feel and allow the energy of your divine self into your daily lifestyle, choices, emotions, and outlook on life:
get comfortable, relax, and be calm. put aside any pressing issues or concerns, this is a time of relaxation. sit there and feel that which is within you, whats always been there, let go and feel all within yourself, relax and feel. go deeper and deeper in this state of relaxation and inner feeling, let the feeling move into every corner of yourself, feeeeel. you may notice sensations or even pain or tension, keep feeling as this may be a supressed energy blockage, if you start to feel like crying, feel it as well, let it happen. just keep feeling more and more. once you've finished simply relax and slowly come back to an alert awake state, stretch, move your arms a bit, then go drink some water, as water has the ability to flush out and move energy.

who started all this ascension nonsense-yes I believe in ascension but it's a mystical process of vibrational cleaning and balancing that takes decades or lifetimes-the new age in the 80's was kept somewhat rational but now it's way out there and has been taken by the political leftists -ufo/unexplained phenomena=religion/ascension=leftist politics
