Thanks for that list! I didn't know ginger also helped to reduce inflammation in your airways. Reducing inflammation seems to be a very important key to excellent health, and preventing major diseases such as dementia, cardiovascular problems, diabetes, so that we can live fulfilling happy lives. I've been drinking a green tea lately, that also has ginger in it. Feels really healthy!

Ginger in Ayurveda is described as being in the MODE OF GOODNESS ...so very good for you
I have a small slice of Organic Ginger with food or in food daily
