    Hi folks, Hi krishna thanks for sharing.

    You know i've been meaning to get around to using a homemade shampoo, etc., since i'm sure all those chemicals i can't even pronounce, aint good for us.

    Soo, i didn't shower yet earlier today, so decided to wash my hair only, with some homemade recipes, hehe.

    I started with the no-poo method, which is baking soda and water, 1 tbsp baking soda to 1 cup o water.

    But i just took a bit in my hand and dumped it in me wet hair and used me fingers to lather it in a bit, though it is said, corn starch can be used to give lather effect.

    Rinsed it all out and brushed hair.

    Then for conditioner, i used 1 tbsp of white vinegar and 1 cup of water, dumped it on me head and rubbed it in with my fingers, then rinsed it out with kitchen sink sprayer, hehe.

    Waited for hair to dry.

    My hair is now clean, shiny and beautiful, just as good as store bought crap, lol.

    Hope this helps anyone, cause i can tell ya all this, this head aint gonna have no more poisons intentionally put on it from me.

    Awesome post.....I am going to start making more of my own things...great suggestions...My first project is to make honey shampoo....will let you know how it turns out.  When I look at the list of ingredients in store purchased shampoo it is scary all the chemicals... I don't even know what they are.  Do I need all those chemicals on my head, NOT.

    Really for each of the items you could add or remove some ingredients to suit your taste ...experiment till you get it perfect ... It's best to make your own as you know you made it the way you like it by using the ingredients that suit you
