Also, do NOT use Ginger against headache. It raises your bloodpreassure (at least it does so with mine) which means that the headache will get much worse.
If you're not afraid of "killing your stomach", white willow bark and a bit of caffeine will kill any headache, except migraine. :)
KRISHNA: WHY NOT ACCUPUNCTURE?? The U.S. Army Medical Corps is reporting good to excellent results with this ancient craft of pain management. Granted it isn't something grown from the Earth, but it has many benefits and a much better reputation than most of the natural remedies you posted.
Please note that salicylic acid (which is present in two of the top ten remedies you listed) is a known stomach irritant and can lead to ulceration and gastric bleeding if taken in excessive quantities. Also note that chile peppers have (on rare occasions) been known to trigger migraine headaches, and are also irritating to the stomach in large quantities. This is why people who enter chile pepper eating contests usually have a glass of milk nearby.
