We have covered the benefits of coconut water in earlier forum posts ...this time we are dealing with the benefits of coconut milk.
I am just wondering that it is available in tin cans so does tin container continamate the milk slightly.
I do not really buy products in tin cans but it seems coconut milk is more available in tin cans
