  It's mainly based upon the Shiratar clan administrators....and also the Atars....They decide policy directions, based at the main Federation council, planet Deron, Vega system...Fluid group dynamics plays out that enfoldment, all the time..and when elections are held, it's one member one vote....Not for parties, but basic policies and directions...and often, the spiritual rank of a given individual qualifies them....

  What is leadership like on fully conscious GFL worlds Drekx? I would imagine they don't do presidents or prime ministers like we do here. I believe its clan leaders since they have clans. Am I correct?

  Too true, Justin and Movella.......If people are scared about ETs, maybe they should realise that the true scary people are powerful, albeit, limited conscious, outer Earth humans, like the dark cabal....A collection of WEF maniacs, who want to start atomic wars, digital currency, 15-min cities and produce virus' and mRNA vaxxes, in labs, chemtrails, to destroy and enslave us all....ETs are trying to help us to overcome this real evil.....The former Anchara are now with the Light, as are the former Anunnaki......If anyone wants to be vigilant of evil people, just keep eyes on the likes of Bill Gates, Tedros, Fauci and Soros....and the banking families of the illuminoids....who want us all distracted, divided and scared of offworlders and have tried to preserve the coverup of UFO/UAP tech....Blame Earth humans among the elites, not offworlders...is my advice to the majority of people...And Trump is doing his best to counter the dark elites, so support his efforts, as well...And nobody should be arrogant when it comes to elections, by not voting...your vote should count, so use it in the mid terms in the US...They vote in offworld elections, so we can here, too...Or do some suppose that they spend all their time plucking harps, while sitting on clouds and singing praises to some religious authority, in reverence, only....?? They are serious movers and shakers...

  Yes Movella is correct. Even the Ancharan groups are good now. The only bad basically left are the Cabal members here on Earth.

  We will create our own star nation. We will not need to rely on others and I would never be fooled anyway. There are mostly good ET’s out there.

  No that won't happen AE though I'm sure the Cabal would love to tell people that. No need to worry about the Annunaki renegades anymore as they switched over to the light in the mid 90s. As for Humanity's true origins we all originated in the Lyra region and eventually we all migrated to different star systems examples being Sirius, The Pleiades, Andromeda, here, and elsewhere.

  Justin -lets hope this isn't a ruse for a new world religion-'they' are going to tell us humans were designed by ET's -is there any truth in that? I've so much over the years about the Annunaki and this or that gang of ET's creating humans, but you can bet that whoever 'they' claim made humans are bad ET's.
