I am writing my fourth fantastic fiction book and Redonro has a cameo appearance in it.
The 9th century monk had no vision of future possibilities...and within his reality, it was impossible...
But we know otherwise....The same with magick in all it's forms...It's real...
I notice that certain religious types claim to believe in miracles, but condemn magick and occult...
But then in the Bible, do such persons not recognise the prowess of Moses, who was skilled in Egyptian magical arts and trained by the priests...? Also King Solomon was a keen magician....well known....
It's obvious why the church did and continue to fear people, learning magick....After all, how can a "flock" be contained and controlled, if it starts to think and do great independent things...? Black should be condemned, but should white magick..? The soul is within each heart....we can easily be independent of church authorities...and they fear it..
So anyone on a new age website who denies the reality of magick and occult, is akin to someone who denies that snow is real and has the possibility of falling, in winter time..
