  Hey Drekx I had a couple of Tau Ceti, Kashira galaxy history questions for your Sirian contacts if you don't mind.
  
  You mentioned that among the galactic humans who live along side the bear people in the Tau Ceti system, that there is a green-skinned human people.
  
  There is a French starseed and filmmaker who described a past life as a green-skinned human. So I have been fascinated by these people ever since he mentioned that.
  
  Does Mikala or your other Sirian contacts know where the green-skinned humans originally came from in our galaxy? Or in other words, what system the green colored skin mutation originally occurred?
  
  Also, did the bear people from Tau Ceti allow the humans to colonize that system? Was this during the great expansion, when humans were seeking refuge from Anchara Alliance reptilian conquests?
