His problem is a lack of a co-ordinated persona, impulsed by his soul....Basically, he's of mediocre light quotient....As so many of the cabal's minions are..That is why they are selected for these impossible tasks....Lack of compassion, lack of thought...lack of awareness of the law of cause and effect....and money won't save them from karma, as much as they hope it will....
