  Of course, we each have freewill, and may dwell on a negative issue, for a while, in view to resolving it...That is completely appropriate...To solve problems, we must first identify their negative traits, but we also need to learn a skill, which is difficult, I grant you...The skill of taking a step back, periodically and observing our lives, as if we were outside, looking in, before we return to the thick of it, as it were...Do this, from time to time and this way, will will find answers to problems, with greater ease...The problems become deeper when we identify fully, with our negative emotions....when we never allow ourselves to take a break from them and our minds become obsessed by them....This can be something that leads to illusion and glamour, at which point, the only recourse, is to project these problems onto others....Like passing hot coals, the problems simple spread around, yet still we might obsess about them....Certainly, use the mind to process emotions...logic works wonders...and if this fails and the mind cannot, then meditate upon the problems, allowing spirit to come through, more and more, thus providing inspiration as to a resolution......
  
  And remember that we are not our emotions, we simply borrow them from the devas, in a given life expression...
  Not to suggest that all negativity is without a real cause, as sometimes, a real challenge may present, beyond simply our feelings about it and reactions to it...Then a cause may be entered....Some start campaigns to redress genuine grievance, etc....But then we are serving beyond our emotions, we are helping others and ourselves, through good works and the will to good...Could be political, financial, etc...We may find ourselves lifted, as a result.....the injustice addressed..
  
  And rage can sometimes be channelled into a positive skill...It can be converted to a useful tool, sometimes...Energy may not be destroyed, but it can be transformed...A few decades ago, a friend of mine lost his brother in a tragic accident, which caused his mother great depression for several years....But, after a time, she started writing books and became a best selling author...I won't mention my friend's name, nor his mother's pen name, but the sad event transformed them both, to much positivity.
  
  But always acknowledge negative emotions and process them safely, initially by cultivating an ability to detach and observe, as if outside one's life....Then the pain will lessen, over time....the grudge diminish.....
  Yes, always take time with emotional processes.....But try these little methods, to speed up, if you like...And this would be a better way...the esoteric way..😀

  A warning about ghosts and how we can prevent them from being created and liberate those, already here. The first step is esoteric comprehension, rather than religious codswallop:

  This is why we, as incarnated beings, must always try to control our negative emotions, lest they become imprinted fragments of our life, or past life challenges, unable to permit the astral devas, which make/made up the astral body, an opportunity to recycle, for further evolutionary experiences, as they should...Indeed, this process is karmic and can also result in an entropy for devic expression, which expedites rapid decline into an involutionary phase we describe as an elemental...
  
  Elemental life forms can be exploited by black magicians, for nefarious purposes, so we are duty bound to cull their expressions...
  When an exorcism ritual is conducted, it is not "liberating a trapped soul," but is rather liberating trapped devic lives, who would better be more gainfully employed, elsewhere, aiding alternative astral expressions of human beings, in further living experiences....
  
  The black magician desires a world of hatred, fear, anger and jealousy, as it produces an abundance of elemental lifeforms, for him/her to direct..
  And so, the contrary is so....A world of love, happiness, joy, compassion, is absolutely "terrible" for any black magician....His elemental ammunition would run low.....the ghosts would be silent and no longer restless....
  That happens beyond the mid tier of the astral plane.....be ready..
