There are people who don’t want to feel or acknowledge their emotions, they repress them or even worse, project them onto others.
I personally think that it’s wise to take our time for our emotions, to observe them and learn to understand them. Preferably without getting carried away by them, although that happens to everyone from time to time.
Occasionally I dwell too long on the negative stuff I’m trying to understand. I see it as a process and along the way I learn what works and what doesn’t. But there are probably better and more efficient ways to understand, heal and let go of negative emotions. ✨🕊✨
Ghosts are not the "spirits of the dead" that some, if not many who believe in them, think they are...In truth a ghost, or apparition, is simply a composite splinter of astral devic lives, left over by an incarnation, in which the negative emotions were so strongly and indeed furiously expressed, that they remain trapped in repetition...
