  Justin, I'll post another health video from Dr Berg, about a prolonged fasting process I'm currently undergoing, myself...I started the fast yesterday and plan to continue it, until 72-hours has elapsed.....So I'll eat food (keto of course) again, on Friday, in a process described as "re-feeding," which has to be completed in stages....
  Periodic prolonged fasting actually resets your entire body and is perfectly natural and certainly in keeping with the prompts of my higher self....
  And of course, one has to build up to such a fast, with regular intermittent fasts, prior and resuming them, on saturday, in my case...

  The earth was once covered in ice and this is gradually happening again this is a natural cycle and not controlled by machines. The cold temperatures could increase well into the next few decades.

  It may seem like doom and gloom is coming, but in reality it's the total opposite. Once the Dark Cabal fails to start their major war they want that would reduce the population and give them total control later in the year along with all their other insane plans they have for us they are exposed and nothing can save them. More and more of their crimes will be exposed and then the arrests will begin. Once they are finally out of the picture we will be on the road to a new golden age where many great things will happen for all of us. Have faith the rest of 2024 may get rough, but when this is all said and done we win in the end and the reward for winning will be beyond epic :)

  Its gonna be a wild 6-7 months. You have the W.H.O. having a pandemic prevention meeting coming up in May which could mean they are planning the next Covid like event. My guess is they will try this little stunt of theirs in the summer. War is building up all over the place with China and Taiwan most likely coming soon. The Cabal want WW3 they believe this is what will keep them in power.
