  Towards the end of that video, Colleen describes her method of violet flame invocation...I would elaborate upon this by suggesting that using an affirmation, while at the same time visualising the flame and importantly, directing it to a specific target, is very important...
  
  "I AM A BEING OF VIOLET FIRE,
  I AM THE PURITY GOD DESIRES...!!"
  
  And depending upon where you are directing the visualised flame, see it going through the body, as well as surrounding the body...Could be yourself, or another, in which case the wording is adjusted, appropriately...
  
  The tone for visualisation must be the seventh ray violet tone....so it's not actually purple, but rather a red-shade of purple...(So not indigo, albeit the tips of the flame may be.)

History from our planet's past is talked about also. We get into Atlantis and our fall from full consciousness to where we are today. We also get into how we at one point had two moons and how our asteroid belt was once a large water world before its destruction.
