Personally I add a table spoon of this magical stuff to plain yogurt, such as a good Greek yogurt...Or kefir..zero sugar....You have to mix it well......It contains zinc, iron, copper, magnesium and potassium, etc...One of my favourite brands is "naturya."
I'm not so inclined to black up my face with the stuff, though, as in this vid, BUT I get where he's coming from.....😉
I'll also mention that copper in the diet is highly useful in preventing the unwelcome development of grey, or white hairs...
Personally I do not have a single grey, or white hair, even on my sideburns and eyebrows....All gold, no silver, no grey....And from what I understand about copper, it does reverse anyone's propensity for greying hairs...preventing and protecting hair from this possible, albeit preventable, problem, of losing natural hair pigment...Anyone suffering greying, pre-mature or otherwise, may seek to alter their difficulties, by including more copper in their diets...
(Always remember the Sirian philosophy, that for every problem, there is a solution, waiting to be applied.)
