The dark ones manipulate everything, including spiritual wisdom and the existence of ETs, to serve their own agenda. They take good stuff, like our love for nature and no animal cruelty, and turn it into bad stuff, like windturbines everywhere and a diet consisting of soy and crickets.

Personally and for genetic reasons I do not suffer problems absorbing vitamin D, as some do. Also I'm light skinned, so can absorb viamin D from the sun easily..as most nordic types can....Moreover I'm not obese, so again that helps the absorbtion of vitmin D...
In the winter Months, with less sun to glean this hormone/vitamin, it is necessaryto obtain it from food.....Fish and cod liver oil is absolutely essential, from which to obtain enough vitamin D......
Any policy by the EU that bans vitamin D, is absolute proof that they seek to destroy the population...They want to cause illness and death in Europeans, while replacing them with foreigners from the rest of the world...Albeit, in turn such imported populations will also suffer a lack of ability to absorb vitamin D in northern climates...So essentially, the EU seeks to reduce all populations of the human race...
