This allows us to share from a full cup and not an empty one and also allows us to receive equally, as healthy energies are reciprocal in flow. We our responsible for our own actions so we must resolve the root cause of our own issues and not project them onto others, yet know when to set boundaries with those who choose to remain unhealed. If the whole world were to follow some of these steps for as little as even an hour a day, we could have all ascended a lot sooner! Try it for yourself and be shocked by what awaits you..🤍
