  Hi AE....No, that was not "Yes Minister," but rather "House of Cards," with the frequently scripted calling card phrase, used by the fictional character/politician, Francis Urquhart, played by that great actor, Ian Richardson...
  That phrase he often used, in my vid, was atypical of people in the know, who are not prepared to go on the record....Either politicians, or civil servants, etc...when questioned on sensitive issues..

  As predicted, timelord 3I/Atlas has accurately navigated the Jovian/Solar interface node, threading the eye of the needle, with deliberation and purpose....Activating the system's energies....And importantly, proving to Earth astronomers, that this timelord possesses it's own internal power source and is not reliant on the sun's heat..A proven massive internal reservoir of energy, completely independent of the sun...
