  you are right Ivy, Putin is not the problem! I later found out the partial mobilisation is a necessary step to manage the liberated territories and not to forget the contact line is 1000 km long, Ukraine is the largest country in Europe

  The whole speech is a show and the threats of nuclear counter attack is fake...Putin knows that none of the NATO nuclear powers are about to attack...He knows that Biden and his dark cabal handlers, do not possess the nuclear codes...He knows that Truss is a secret ally, who is against the dark cabal, herself....The French will not launch an attack, without the say so, of the Anglo-Americans...
  He is only mobilising the reserve forces for conscription, to make it appear that he is losing the war, when many objectives have been secured....It is intended that he makes the cabal think he is weak, when in fact, he is strong and does not need to occupy the whole of Ukraine....That was never his intent, even though the west keep claiming it is..He will allow the breakaway regions referenda on joining the Russian Federation....It seems they want to...
  He knows that it is the cabal pushing for nuclear war, not the sovereign nations of those western powers....This is a nuclear scare, only....There have been several to date.....Not happening...and he knows it....

  He said that "Russia is at war with the collective West," since Ukraine itself "has long since run out of weapons."
  
  300,000 additional troops will be sent to Ukraine as part of partial mobilization - Shoigu

  🇷🇺 Brief summary of Putin's address on 09/21/22:
  
  1) Partial mobilization has been announced: first of all, those who served in the RF Armed Forces have combat experience, etc. + those who are in the reserve. Mobilization activities start today
  
  2) Mobilized receive the status of contractors and the corresponding salary
  
  3) Russia will do everything possible to hold referendums in the liberated territories for their entry into the Russian Federation (LPR, DPR, Kherson and Zaporozhye regions)
  
  4) Russia is ready to use nuclear weapons and any other means of mass destruction in case of a threat to territorial integrity. “This is not a bluff,” according to Putin.
  
  5)The government of the Russian Federation must immediately solve the problems of financial support for the defense industry in order to increase the production of weapons
