  Totally correct, AlternateEarth.....Indeed the "Matthew messages" where so full of disinfo, I found them to be a cause of much confusion, among fellows, as his material was often at odds with my own...Similar to Mike Quincey and "SaLuSa," the apparent "Sirian"...lol And Mike's support for this Obama character, conflating him with a "very high ranking Sirian Command Officer." ABSOLUTELY FALSE...

  ET Hugger-Channelers; Matthew Messages has been around I think 2003 and during the obama era the messages were very supportive of obama-turns the US intel agencies have found that he was the most corrupt pres in US history with too many crimes to list but one example; Obama had 150 billiob! dollars sent to Iran which ultimately ended up in the coffers of ISIL and was used to buy and sell humans! weapons, and illicit drugs. And aided the islamic caliphate in Syria that was so evil people were getting crucified and tar and feathered. My point being the channeler may have had an agenda.

  Yes, one can only walk if one stands and strengthens muscles...One has to walk and maintain balance and grow in strength...Eventually, with persistent efforts, one may even become a marathon runner......One may have a trainer of skill, imparting wisdom, in technique, but it is the self who must take the first step.....Not the trainer, who has already run that race...
  
  My words here are simple, as there is a member who seeks simplicity in my words...That is my skill, to adapt my teachings for the pupils....And I certainly do not know everything, myself...I have the privilege to pick the minds of those who know a considerable amount, with which to enhance my own knowledge...BUT, even they will admit that they do not know everything...
  
  But I want to hear and read the views of ACC members....It can be somewhat religious of such members, when they very rarely write their own material and simply parrot the "wisdoms" of channellers...Many astralisms abound in such material....
  The latest posting placed before us, by "Aurora Ray," speaks of spiritual teachers using simplicity....
  
  I would suggest that that would depend on the audience.....Sometimes succinctness in esoteric communications is necessary, rather than simple platitudes, alone...
  Instead of placing the channeled material here and then complaining when someone such as myself challenges it, and I speak of member Skirvin....Why not place your own views and wisdoms for our contemplation, Mr Skirvin...?? Lest it becomes a sunday sermon, of churchianity....A holy channeled text droned with regularity, to a congregation, WHICH WE ARE NOT...
  
  I suggest that we need less Mike Quincey and Aurora Ray, posted opinion, and more ACC member opinion/wisdom...Let us read the works and experiences of Skirvin himself...His various adventures and contacts, etc....What has he actually learned himself....?? Life experiences are in themselves a learning curve...We don't always need to read channels...Most of them are erratic...

  Someone calling herself "Aurora Ray," means well, but is not strictly qualified to be an "Ambassador of the Galactic Federation." As she claims....However, the sentiments and aspirations will be tolerated by the GFL, as they are intended with a good heart...HOWEVER, we are ever at hand to correct those factual imperfections she makes...
  I will suggest that she is an improvement on Mike Quinsy, though....;-)

  Oh yes I do love a touch of melancholy, expressed so beautifully in music.....This is not always a "low vibe," as the listener may be as happy as a sandboy, while enjoying it's notes....
  
  But, if one is sad, then I would always suggest music, to be the cure, albeit, not everyone has an ear for music and can take advantage of it's wonderfully curative properties...
  
  In these times of transition, many are sad for their futures, as the current economic system implodes....(I have predicted this for years.) When I visit shops I see the gloom on the faces of others, as they are shocked by inflationary prices...
  My advice is to ride with this, for now and not focus on lack, but rather focus on plenty...When I compare this era to others, it is actually so much better, in spite of appearances...We can become doom and gloom merchants and worried about nonsense such as "climate emergency." But it really is a waste of your time and energy....
  
  If anyone here feels down about the economy, or climate....Just listen to some melancholic music, to release and reset yourselves....There are so many great pieces out there....Much talent was once presented by the film industry....Watch an old movie and release your sad vibes and reset your emotions, to happy ones....It works and I suggest it's practice....😇
