  BTW guys I've just ended my 5-day fasting program and am re-feeding, today....I would always recommend periodic prolonged fasting...and now can add my own take on it, from experience, beyond the theories I've learned..
  Tell ya what...!! It's bloody marvellous...But does require strong will power...to plan, start, navigate and finalise.😇
  
  A few Months back I completed a successful 3-day fast...72 hours...This was my first time for a 5-days fast attempt..
  Daily intermittent fasting and OMAD, has become my norm, however....And it helps set one up for the longer fasts..
  It's not for everyone, because it does require efforts that some may not be able to fulfil...That is understood and respected..Fasting is a choice, not a religious compulsion..

  It will not propel us to 5th dimension, yet, but will start a serious trend to higher 4th dimension....It still fluctuates, up and down, but with increased input, we will see that shift beyond that regular figure of 7.83....This is also reflected in human consciousness levels...As above, so below....!!
