  • Yes, without a compass, if at night and it's clear, you locate the pole star, Polaris, which shows north....So from that compass reference, you can orientate you map correctly to the compass points...
    So, look for Ursa Major, the "great bear," note the "pointer stars" on the right of the image linked and follow up to Polaris, when on location....I'll show a star constellation map....Like Orion, this constellation is easy to locate, with it's seven stars.....;-)

  • I got myself a bow and arrow and a magnesium firelighter. Some outdoor camping items for a quick fire pit and a small mimi kettle. There are many useful things where there are items for hiking and camping. I also have a pop-up tent, but I find it impractical to assemble, I'm a bit clumsy there. You have to fold it in a certain way. In the event of a flood disaster like in Japan, something like this would have to happen very quickly before the water came. I want to pack my backpack with necessary items soon. I've seen what those escape backpacks on Amazon are filled with. I already have part of it. I think only one rope is missing. Wound ointments and wound disinfectant sprays may also be a little helpful. In fact, certain items actually offer an advantage. Just which ones exactly? what if you can't really take much with you. Knives are also important, for example. Maybe I should order such a curse backpack? What should you pay attention to?
    For example, how do you find the cardinal point south without a compass? Stars? If Sky is clear. Make videos about it?! Could I use this Arrow with Fire if need to Protect others with?

    Personally I have had extensive training in survival in natural settings...All seasons and terrains ranging from forests/woodlands, to sea and even desert survival....Things like building a "solar still" to collect dew, overnight, in arid conditions...

    I have practiced survival skills in woods, which is my favourite setting...Equipment, clothing, camping, tents, fire lighting, map reading, water purification tabs and bottle, hunting, survival tips, etc...
    Everyone should learn survival in nature skills....Your life might depend on it and you may also help someone, or a group, with you....

    Glad that I left London many years ago and now live in a small town, on the East coast of England...Again, a better setting, as there are multiple farms in the area...In an emergency, country folk have better access to food, than city dwellers...
    Food is grown in gardens and sold, easily, in the country.....In an emergency, the best location....

    Yes, learn firelighting, tent erecting, camp fire preparation and siting...Buy a good backpack and survival gear.....A compass and ordinance survey map, is useful....Formulate a plan, before any event....
    Learn to live without sat nav, mobile phones and aps......If the government turns tyrant, you will need to be undetected...So off grid...Ditch devices...

    Also I have numerous candles at home....In case of power cuts....It is also good if you live in a place that has an open fireplace with chimney, in case you need to use it again...
    The best food in emergencies is rabbit meat...learn to hunt, using airguns....Or snares....
    And learn to skin and paunch a rabbit....and then cook it over a camp fire, using sticks, barbeque style..Rabbits, need to be checked before, evacuating the bladder, then paunching and skinning...If healthy, they are excellent grass-fed meat....This could be in the event of food shortages...

    And if you learn such skills, you can train others and form groups of like minded people...

    Also, losing weight is essential to survival, as fitness and mobility could save your life, in a dangerous environment...
    The diet I aluded to WORKS VERY WELL.....It does take some discipline to start and stick with, BUT, you won't regret doing so....

  • Hi dear, what if you had to flee the city you live in because of fire or water disasters, for example. What do you need to survive? Do you know any outdoor tips and tricks to ensure survival? How can you prepare for such a situation? You can buy backpacks with contents for an escape on Amazon. Useful or nonsense? Would dried food be good for survival? How do you find your way when the power goes out and electrical devices cannot be used? I think before a possible evacuation from the planet we will have to deal with completely different catastrophes and war here. This is also one of the reasons why I absolutely want to get fit. I want with all my might to protect the weak, especially the children, the smallest children and I don't care what race or nature they are, I would do everything to save them if Germany goes under, as I already have in my visions saw coming.

  • Thank you for the offer Drekx Omega. I am working on my diet according to my goal to stay fit. I am aware that I really have to eat and not give up food. Since the sugar is produced by the body, it is actually not necessary to consume it. It's hard to omit sugar altogether, as it's found in many products. I try clean eating, but not vegan or vegetarian, as I think this will all be fine for me in small quantities. A little bit of everything and try use different Foods. Snack is okay but only 1-2 in a Day. I am on Instagram and sometimes i do Post what i eat. I can do more Fotos. Fitness and a variety of dietary options are important to me. I am also a very intuitive person and try lisen to my Body. Sport is something very good to me. I come to the Point that i love it when my Body Sweats a lot. I statt to enjoy Sport and realise the positive effects of doing it. I reward myself with new sports clothing and wear them when I have reached certain milestones.

  • 𝒮𝒜𝒩 不滅 I would love to provide you with real tips about losing weight....There are so many misconceptions and diversions out there, that the great majority of people, trying to lose weight, only partially succeed, before putting on the weight again......And many simply work out, in the hope that they can shed a few kilos, or pounds.....

    However, there is something most overlook and this is the secret to losing weight and keeping it off...
    And yes, 98kg is overweight....That equates to 216 pounds......Way too much and definitely going to cause flat feet and strain to joints, heart, lungs, etc.....

    The secret to weight loss is based upon a lifestyle change, rather than simply reducing calories in your meals....

    Fat is put down in the body, as a result of the hormone insulin......Insulin is produced every time you eat carbohydrates, especially....Carbs convert to glucose.....Insulin spikes after meals....So the more meals, the more spikes...The more insulin, the less fat burning...

    You want to eat foods that are nutritious, but low on the glycemic index and UNLEARN all of what the "experts" told you about fats....Fats are low on the glycemic index....Having a minimal effect on spiking insulin....

    Forget all the rubbish science that suggests that eggs, red meat, butter, dairy, etc, are bad for health, as they are very good for you and do not cause heart attacks.....
    The body produces it's own cholesterol, which is essential for the production of needed hormones and many other functions....

    Heart attacks are not caused by cholesterol, but rather calcium build up within arteries and soft tissues, due to a lack of vitamin C.....The answer is to mobilise calcium first into the blood stream, then into the bones and teeth, where it is more useful....Use vitamins D3 and K2, (butter/cheese + oily fish) in combination.....So this answers another fear about fats....Fats are not the main cause of obesity, nor heart disease...

    The answer therefore is to reduce the number of meals a day, by cutting out all snacks and reducing the number of meals to maybe two, or ideally, one....per day...BUT, when you eat, it must be high in fat, moderate in protein, high in vegetables (raw salads/pickled/steamed,) highly nutrient dense and very low in carbohydrates...

    And you will adapt the body from glucose burning, for energy, to ketone burning....
    When in such a state, you will be able to fast for a good 20-hours between meals, WITHOUT FEELING HUNGRY......

    By changing your lifestyle/diet, you will change your hormone function and generate more glucagon, the fat burning hormone, generated within the pancreas....So high fat diet, minus sugar/carbs, equals higher fat burning and very effective and efficient weight loss, down to your preferred ideal weight...The weight you feel comfortable with....The weight that enhances your sports and makes you feel alert, alive, vibrant, energetic, etc....

    If interested, let me know and I'll fill you in with more data, to help you get seriously started with improving health and ridding yourself, totally, of the handicap of lugging around a level-2 obesity body......

    Moreover, another misconception is the fad for drinking excess water....This is not helping your bodily electrolytes balance and the Na-K pump, or sodium-potassium pump is prevented from operating to maximum efficiency...You need a diet high in potassium, so avocados, kale and/or spinach would be ideal...You need salt, but avoid table salt, which is full of plastics and instead have a half, to one teaspoon, of pink Himalayan sea salt, per day....Or another good quality sea salt...

    Drink fluids, but do not overdo it, as you will lose your necessary electrolytes, ions of Na, K, Cl, Ca......These are charged atoms, in the blood system and in the cells...
    Muscles cramp without them....

    Another clue that this is correct, is that our ET friends are NEVER FAT and now you know why......Also, our ET friends will not subject us to their advanced technology, if we are not in a fasted state....For example, teleportation.....Nausea and dangerous vomitting can nullify a transit's efficiency....Also, the same can be said for many other ET technologies...The fasted state is the natural and preferred state, while using most of these special devices...Most if not all....
  • I try to eat as little sugar as possible and try to drink a lot Water, cold Tea or else. It's not easy, but possible. I love to drink cold Coffee, but it's really sweat. I try to reduce as much as i can Food wich is no good for my Body and it still work. Even if i drink cold Milk sometimes, as i really love it. Maybe i am still a Cat ^.^, who knows?

    One thing about do Sport with Pain. It's always the Question for what i get Pain. For Sports to get my KG down and heal my Body, or because i am to heavy and to fat.
  • Today I was at training for 30 minutes. I ran on the treadmill for 5 minutes. After about 3 minutes I had a heart rate of 153 BPM. I hadn't really noticed that because I felt the same as always and didn't feel like it was too much. My condition may have improved. I was able to maintain my weight after about 6-8 training sessions with a break of about two weeks in between. I started at the beginning of July 2022 with 100 kg and now after a month with a two-week break in between I'm down to 98 kg and was able to keep it. I don't see any deficits so far, except for a minimal heel spur, but weight reduction is important, so I continue to train every other day, with pain. I was also diagnosed with flat feet due to being overweight. My BMI is around 42. This is obesity level 2. I need to exercise due to my slight left skis to strengthen my back muscles. I always feel a lot better after this rather small round of sports. First of all, I'm very awake. I come home from work tired and wake up after exercise. My chakras also open better then. It's definitely related to blood pressure.
