  Yes indeed, Agarther Z, we owe the Russians much....We have Sirian GFL Ground Crew members, over there, also.....I won't mention her name here, but there is a very beautiful/intelligent/vivacious/humourous telepath in Russia, who has amazing skills...She keeps a deliberate low profile about this, because the Russian state has a recruitment policy for anyone with paranormal gifts...Albeit, not everyone in Russia wants to sign up...lol
  
  If you do sign up for military service, you have to sign an official secrets act, equivalent, which means you cannot leave the country, for normal tourism purposes...So she has to keep her skills secret, albeit, not from fellow telepath starseeds...But, she is a patriot, nevertheless.....I'm the same with Britain...There are things I do not always agree with that my country makes law, but I'm still a patriot, when it comes down to it...

  If you purchase silver bullion, always buy from a reputable refinery, one with a good pedigree...I use Baird & Co, which is LBMA approved...But those in other countries may have local choices of preference...P.A.M.P. of Switzerland is a good alternative choice...
  Buy bullion with serial number and seal....
  
  Also I would recommend the use of a neodymium magnet, to verify solid silver....I described the process of verification in my comment below...
  
  Russia is already backing it's Rouble with gold...First the BRICS nations will follow suit, then the world will follow, when it becomes clear that a new gold standard for national currencies, is the best economic and financial system, for a true benefit of the people...Liberating hearts and minds, for greater works and focus...

  Now we get scientific in our verification techniques....I use NEODYMIUM MAGNETS to verify silver.....Hold the bar at an angle of 45 degrees and let the magnet slide down.....It will not clamp tight, like a fridge magnet on steel, nor will it run off, like a non-metal....It should slowly move down the bar's length, confirming solid silver...
