    thank god there is Telegram and we can inform ourselves freely, and I have a Serbian number so there is no censorship. Pavel Durov, the co-developer and co-owner of Telegram didn't celebrate his birthday last week because of the draconian measures in the EU on free speech and he said there is nothing to celebrate
