P.S. You probably already know this, but I'll include a reminder to limit certain drugs and alcohol, to aid in gastritis solutions...
Gastritis can be prevented by certain precautionary measures such as:
1) Limit alcohol consumption
2) Avoid excessive use of over-the-counter drugs such as aspirin, ibuprofen
3) Consume fully cooked foods...
"Well i am okay until now. I got a Gastritis rigth now, but maybe not from the Vaccine. Intestinal cancer exist in my Family, i coud get this to. It coud become Chronic. Then it's Autoimmune illness.
