  Well, I love the French cheeses, in particular....😁Yes, cheese can be healthy to eat, if the milk that is used comes from grass fed cattle, grazing on rich volcanic soil.....So plenty of vitamin K2, which is beneficial for heart health...Especially when it combines with D3....from oily fish, fish oils, eggs, liver, butter, etc...
  (Vitamin D3 comes from animals, vitamin D2 from plants..)
  
  Regions in France that make for a quality cheese, are areas such as the Auvergne volcanic region of central France...The volcanoes being ancient, but leaving rich soils...Great for growing grasses extracting rich soil nutrients, eaten by the cows...🐮moooooo...!! 🐄🐄🐄

  Yes I do love good cheeses...My favourites are Saint Agur, Brie and Camembert....As for manganese, we can extract it from chickpeas products...I like hummus...
  Also I consume regular spinach, which has some manganese...Hazelnuts are a source, also..
  
  Trace minerals are so important in the diet....

  Oh absolutely correct...Sleep is so important for health...Actually, we are enjoying really good sunshine here, at present, so I always make a point of getting out and about, on such days...Even a twenty minute sunbathe on a lounger, is worth having...
  
  As well as the body generating it's own vitamin D from ultra violet sunlight, it also manufactures it's own MELATONIN, at cellular level...And does so when exposed to the infra red spectrum..
  The same spectrum as light from candles and a camp fire...etc...
  
  Melatonin is an anti-oxidant and collects within both the pineal gland, as well as the mitochondria, inside each bodily cell....It is also a very necessary substance for deep and quality sleep...😴

  Personally I have not eaten bread for about five years....This was motivated by my adoption and adherence to the ketogenic diet, + intermittent fasting...
  However, this video by Dr Berg, should serve to reinforce my choice's veracity, based upon even further data, about the nature of modern bread and it's many manipulative side-effects upon health...

  P.S. You probably already know this, but I'll include a reminder to limit certain drugs and alcohol, to aid in gastritis solutions...
  Gastritis can be prevented by certain precautionary measures such as:
  
  1) Limit alcohol consumption
  2) Avoid excessive use of over-the-counter drugs such as aspirin, ibuprofen
  3) Consume fully cooked foods...
