  Not at all. Honestly AE, the energy boost is the best part of autophagy (fasting). I felt so good even near the 24 hr mark and only started to get a little hungry after my 30 min workout. It’s a total system reset. But I had some Easter treats! Which I only do on rare occasion hehe.
