  And Dr Berg has mentioned, previously, the fact that cod liver oil contains the correct ratio, between vitamins A and D...Plus DHA & EPA essential fatty acids...Great for kids and anyone, as you say...
  
  When you're breast feeding, you could take the capsules, like I do, (1000mg) or maybe try out a smoothy, as he shows..?? Some food for though (and brain.) ;-)

  Yes, he is already used to me eating lots of fruit and veg so I'm sure he will have a taste for health, just like his Mum and Grandad..😁
  Cod liver oil is amazing for brain development and maintenance, I would recommend it to all adults and children..

  Well I think that there is a glimmer of hope if the Tories elect Liz Truss as leader, after May, sometime...I have been following her career on trade policy and the foreign office....She seems to have principles on Brexit Britain and a will to match....
