  Yes, take care on your Children, they are the Future. We can not control anything, but maybe about MEDIAS we can. You are the better choose for Your Child and not the T. V. and stuff.

  Today i have a Zoom Conversation about MEDIAS and Children. According to studies, children only have contact with media at about 2 years of age. We educators consider this nonsense. The truth is that it starts earlier. I have seen children in the stroller with a mobile phone. These children are only about 1 year old. It starts too early. Alternatives would be better. I think it has to be in the right balance.

  Your love is the best you can give to your Child. We grow by love. Children dossend need to be so smart, they only need to be beloved. Love is the best medicine sometimes.

  And Dr Berg has mentioned, previously, the fact that cod liver oil contains the correct ratio, between vitamins A and D...Plus DHA & EPA essential fatty acids...Great for kids and anyone, as you say...
  
  When you're breast feeding, you could take the capsules, like I do, (1000mg) or maybe try out a smoothy, as he shows..?? Some food for though (and brain.) ;-)

  Yes, he is already used to me eating lots of fruit and veg so I'm sure he will have a taste for health, just like his Mum and Grandad..😁
  Cod liver oil is amazing for brain development and maintenance, I would recommend it to all adults and children..
