  The lost Sumerian star chart that points to a place where time doesn't move.......A galaxy cluster, Abell 2029, 1.2 billion light years from Earth..a super gravitational well, at it's centre, which distorts time itself, bringing it to a halt..It's well known that extreme gravity can distort space-time and is how a ship's warp drive operates, enabling interstellar voyages...Such extreme fields can be natural, as well as technological...Light would red shift and time compress to a slow drift..
