  I often watch Haunt TV, and it made me want to clarify what a ghost actually is.
  These are astral fragments left behind at the moment of death. When an individual passes with extremely strong negative emotions or heavy attachments to people, places or items, the transition portal appears but instead of moving straight through into the light, they drift toward the grey ring on the outer perimeter. That exact misdirection is what leaves behind a ghost, or an astral fragment. Because these fragments are all unique energetic imprints depending on the individual, their nature varies. Some are harmless and quieter, while others may even carry an evil or menacing energy, depending on the state of mind at the time of passing.
  The soul itself is entirely separate from the fragment and always moves on. It’s fascinating to think that across all our past lives, we’ve most likely all left behind ghosts all over this planet.

  It’s the final month of summer and as it’s my favourite time of year, I’m making the most of it. 🌞 Nothing motivates me quite like disappearing for a while to go live my reality, stepping out looking good and feeling good, and coming back feeling even more energised.
