  Most disease is caused by inflammation, so that's good advice, friend Justin....I will also add that by reducing the use of cooking oils, that are high in omega 6s, one can also lower inflammation in the body....
  Cook in natural oils, such as organic virgin olive oil, coconut oil, avocado oil, tallow, or grass-fed butter, etc..
  Avoid the seed oils, which pretend to be vegetable oils..avoid canola, soy, sunflower, safflower, rapeseed oil, etc....
