His anger and worry is describing what it sees. When we release our anger and face our fears we immediately feel a lot stronger and happier, and our perspective on life completely changes. Suddenly we see the whole picture and all of the wonderful souls that are helping each other through this hellish existence. We see how brave people are.
The antidote to fear is gratitude. When we start counting our blessings we get overwhelmed with it all. It is an amazng experience.
