Can you imagine that even things that appear solid are actually vibrating, albeit slowly.
Thoughts are vibration.
Emotions are vibration.
And as per the laws of conservation of energy, energy cannot be created or destroyed, only changed in form or state.
As the universe is in a state of quantum entanglement with itself,, when you have a thought, the consequences of that thought are felt through out the entire universe.
When you work on your emotional energetic body,, you multiply the effect that thought has on the universe.
Chi Gong, or any energetic practice for that matter works at bringing into alignment thought and emotion.
And as a result raises your vibrational frequency.
It is like turning up the volume and adjusting the equalization of your stereo.
The more in alignment your thoughts and emotions are, the more able you become to manifest your thoughts
It's not a trick, It's purely physics.
And it brings into harmony with the flow of the universe.
Dance is nothing more than a relationship between 2 energetic fields.
And the more you work your chi, the further you can immerse yourself in the energy of the music.
