She is also called the 'Mother of All Buddhas,' and has many peaceful and frightening or wrathful emanation forms.The legend of Tara's origin is that Avalokiteshvara, the Buddha of Compassion, was looking down from his heaven on the world of suffering beings, and he wept to see that more and more of them were in pain. From the tears streaming down his face two Taras were born, a peaceful white one from the left and a fierce green one from the right.Her attributes are light blue upala-flowers . She is adorned with jewels and precious cloth, sitting on a white moon-disk. Her right leg is outside the lotus flower, which symbolizes her continuous activity, alertness and her determination for quick active help. Sounds beautiful and I immediately thought of Ireland and would have loved to

hear it intoned in the language of choice as I listen to many beautiful foreign

songs, arias, chants , rhythm's all beautiful in Sanskrit, Chinese, South American, Arabic, Maori.Polynesian Norse, Russian, American Indian, Egyptian, Tibetan, Origines from around the World and I love all with my ear and heart but understand none. I look forward to the time when I can listen and translate the words
