  Well I was asking the night before to see something lol, a ship, a flash, whatever, and then this showed up the next morning....sooo that would be nice...I just don't know!!

  HAARP doesn't target onlypopulation, it's also aimed at certain portions of the atmosphere, intersection points of geomantic energy and tension points in the tectonic plates. Also, as the chairman stated himself, they use HAARP for underground charting and scouting for rare metals or other elements, like a sonar. Who knows, maybe in the near future you'll find out that they discovered uranium deposits beneath your town :)

  yeah I was considering HAARP. There were some dirty chemtrails being sprayed they same time I saw this, but I don't know!!!I live in Thompson, Manioba, Canada. I don't see a reason for HAARP to be targeting here....were just a tiny mining town in the middle of a forest lol.

  If it didn't move at all even though it was windy, it means it wasn't a cloud at all. Most likely a HAARP aurora.

  It was there just under an hour, and seemed to just be gone when it did go, it was windy but it didnt move at all!!!!

  Interesting... especially if it was just sitting in the same spot for hours!! There is wind u there... How long was the ring there for like that?
