Hey hun, just to let you know - YES, pms goes through the roof as far as symptoms go during ascension, lol... there are things you can do though. And you will notice PMS type symptoms during the full moon and other power days... it's been getting more intense for me each month as we get closer to zero point. I believe the Sacred Mother is shining down on us and we ground her into the earth like antenna receiving a satellight signal... it can be powerful for us to meditate at this time.
Grounding energy into the earth is easy to do and essential to get rid of the yuckies and the cramps... just open your crown chakra and pull the energy through your body and down your spine as a golden cord ... pull it into the earth as far as you can... you know you've made the connection because your body will instantly feel stronger and taller, lol.
Hope this helps, Anita (Aly) has a good recipe for a PH bath too, I forget what amounts to use though.
