You are not the first nor the last to make that statement. We think how easy it was to make the choice, when we were not encumbered by it, meaning when we were surrounded by our guides making this choice,it must have looked alot easier. In actual practice Though seems a whole lot more difficult.

When in the throws of not wanting to be here, it is easy to over look the fact that we "did" choose it. And we think how crazy was I? what could I possibly have been thinking?How can I be of the light with all of these problems yet to work thru, and this is tough as hell is there another side, a way through? Will I ever get there? And worse, look at all the close minded, uninvolved, rather non-Spiritual, people around me.

LOL, there are no mis-takes, for we did choose, and have to ask ourselves why, why here, why now, why so hard, why me?

The most important thing we do, while learning to let go of what is not for our highest good/interest, is to learn about love, loving ourselves and each other. LOVE is such a power/powerful drug, even if we don't love ourselves yet fully, we can still share our love with those around us, with the places we live, and with the earth.

The more we place this attribute into our lives and share it with those around us the more we see not only our vibrations rise, but those around us too.

When we learn to focus, on what is good, ( like passing by a junk yard, which is nasty, but seeing the most beautiful flower, peaking out through the fence.) We may just pass it by and look with disgust at the junk yard, but when we focus on finding the beauty, of one single flower in a place of despair our love quotient rises.

For there is Love & beauty all around us, if we choose to look for it!, It may take some effort on our part, but it is by those efforts, that we eventually learn to see beyond the darkness and into the light.

harder still sometimes, is that when we do raise our vibrations, we become even more responsible for our lives and even those around us, a big job! That can be frightening, and make us want to stay right where we are, but eventually we feel pulled down into darkness and despair and realize that we have no choice but to keep moving and growing and sharing what we have to share.

For all of us have gifts/a gift to share, a valid reason, for being right where we are. They say that each of us is a piece of the puzzle,not some, but each of us.

That in and of itself is just so awesome. We can ask "me?" I am apart of this great puzzle, something of me/mine is needed for this project? WOW? , Just by being me, I am a contributor? and the answer is yes of course for otherwise you would not be here now!

We don't have to share our Love out loud, or change the vibrations around us out loud, We can do it quietly, behind the scenes. But we can do it, simply by raising our own vibrations, what ever that takes, be it listening to music, dancing around our room, sharing our wisdom with others, what ever makes us feel good.

The idea in this life, is to realize that most everything here, is (human made) that all of our taboos, all of our rules, were pretty much made at times when fears were at an all time high, that most of what we have learned was fabricated, in some fashion, to hold us in place, to keep us from learning and growing into our Spiritual selves.

But also to play the game, to experience duality, we've done that, got the T-shirt, and now its time to realize that the game is coming to an end and we're a huge part of making that happen.

The problem is if i choose to be on Planet Earth then I MADE A BIG MISTAKE AS THERE IS VERY LITTLE LOVE AND LIGHT ON THIS PLANET so if the DIVINE SOURCE asked me to make this choice then i appeal to the DIVINE SOURCE that i am sorry i made a mistake so take me Back to Godhead...Thank you very much

Try this Raja;

Vizualising and Breathing technique..---) Put yourself in a quiet place---) Relax in your body..--) Then take deep breath and begin thinking/Vizual on a golden/white Ball of Light. --) Take a new Deep Breath, at same time as you vizualize this Ball..Take a third breath, and now, what happens!?

The Golden white ball is your Higher Self. So you see, you Breathing in and welcome this Ball into your Body.

This was a technique i learn from White Cloud/Blossom.

The Energy from your Self are now in your Body.

This Technique is harmless, but i suggest you Trust this Ball. It`s you best friend and knower,lol.
