Ascension Symptoms - Lets Get Physical - Spiritual Videos - Ashtar Command

Ascension to me is living with the pineal gland open. This occurs when you turn on your brain by meditation, gazing and chanting and getting close to nature that can occur when you gaze at nature, it this opens up your connection to the existence, and increases your dreaming frequency. When you ascend you will have the ability to control all dreams to a positive outcome, the ability to live with a waking dream...meaning your subconscious thoughts and pictures from your subconscious mind have become aware to you during the daytime. You will have visitors from other dimensions that will want to talk to you both positive and negative. This is an extremely high level of being and is hard to hold but if you can get to this level you will know what a true master an adept is doing with this life. The reason you have never heard of such information from master teachers is because it is very dangerous for your average person unless they are capable of very high level of spirituality and love. Ask yourself can you control your dreams? Can you handle being attacked on the astral plane? Of course I want everyone to have love in their hearts and to heal themselves; I am concerned for those who start to ascend and can’t withstand the negative beings that live in the astral plane, practice with your dreams. If you can control your dreams and change negative dreams to positive outcomes you are close to ready. Please be careful on the astral plane negative beings can cause you great pain and know if you get there to keep love in your heart and ask for help if you need it, it will come but you have to ask.
