The average person is already ready to accept Bill gates cashless society, with the same dependance on the centralized controller class, because they don't want things to change; because they have been convinced life in the western world is as good as it get's, and anything that is different is evil and a threat, and will make them feel like the children on amnesty international commercials, which cannot be allowed to happen to THEM or THEIR children. It is in fact so terrifying in a mind that has had empathy removed from the psyche, that the reasoning they use evolves naturally into a depopulation policy for the entire world they are dependent on. People are so dumb, they do not even realize that if everyone with the means to exact a third world depopulation is allowed to, the only people left will not be able to sustain the world economy that has it's basis in mass farming. Once the western world has no more slaves to grow all the food, they will be starved like rats, and because the alternative of seeing every human in the entire world on the exact same level, with the exact same means, terrifies them utterly, they will go to war for ideology, without realizing how the current economic ideology of the world, has for more than one hundred years, impoverished and burdened, every single culture until it turns to either a form of communism or radicalized religions and cults. They need a McDonald's, they will kill for a McDonald's, they laugh their ass off about poor people with no McDonald's. And if the workers of the worldwide conglomerates rebel against the atrocity of sustaining fractional populations with access to prostituted food and resources, that they have ripped from the heart of other nations, for more than 100 years; they are perfectly happy and willing to "quash the dissent" with depleted uranium and full metal jacket rapid fire. DEATH TO YOUR SUCKLING NATURES, IT IS HIGH TIME TO BITE THE HAND THAT FEEDS.
