Brightest Blessings Everybody ~;oD ~*~ an update to our site LW.org ~ ~*~ A Complaint / violation has been received from DMCA.(Digital Millennium Copyright Act) ~ the Server is required by law ~ until the issue is resolved ~ to suspend the site. ~*~ What exactly is this? ~~~~~~~~~ Someone has posted copyrighted information WITHOUT PERMISSION and or WITHOUT CREDIT to the Author/Website of this... content! LOL ... how many are now wondering if it was You? ;o) We will share what info caused this to make sure it does not happen again with the particular site(s) that reported the complaint/violation. ~*~ This is a Great learning lesson for ALL of us! ;o) ~*~ Some may be surprised by this, I was ~ that this could happen, to this extent ~ however, this is why we have Guidelines and Terms of Service for COPYRIGHT INFORMATION. I think now that many Members will see just how IMPORTANT it is to adhere and Follow the Guidelines of not only, Lightworkers.org ... those that Copy and Paste from others websites ... that you FOLLOW THEIR GUIDELINES for SHARING, as well ~ if one is not able to meet those requirements ... Do NOT share it ~ link it ... and if we are communicated that someone has shared information from a copyrighted site and or information with the appropriate accreditation or permission ~ We will remove it promptly! We would rather remove the content ~ than run this risk of server suspension ~ Obviously, we must take this seriously ~ ~*~ Right now we are waiting for Clearance of this violation ~ and we must remove the content from the site prior to reactivation. (When we are able, we will release the content that is NOT Allowed on site and we will be providing a list of Sites and Authors that MUST be followed. ~*~ Thank You so much for sharing here and the many kind comments! Take advantage of this time ~ use your creativity ~ do something FUN ~ (see my previous post ... ;oD ) ~*~ Stay tuned ~ we will be back "Home" soon ~ ღஐƸ̵̡Ӝ̵̨̄Ʒஐღ
