Dear One, we are constantly working on creating ways to assist humanity's Ascension.

In our recent Galactic Broadcast we talked about the four lower bodies:

The physical body

The emotional body

The mental body

The etheric body

All for lower bodies are connected with each other and any change to one body affects the other three.

For example, if you'd like to improve your physical wellbeing, you can treat the physical body, but also look at your emotional, mental (your thoughts) or etheric body for any healing.

Releasing, healing and activating is the the key to improve your four lower bodies.

Since Mercury Retrograde took care of the releasing, the activation of light from our last Galactic Broadcast will be helpful with the healing and activating part of the process.

Feel free to repeat the activation of Light for as many times as you feel guided to.
