A basic conclusion is provided at the end for the uninitiated. Conflict is brewing in D.C. at this time. Some of it is about Ukraine, and some of it concerns a 2024 election that may be too big to rig. The Harvest Full Moon of 2024 will be barely within 15 degrees of the Nodal Plane, and this qualifies as a partial eclipse (and the closer you get to the Nodal Plane, the higher the probability for a total eclipse). This Harvest Full Moon has good Sun and Moon star placements, but it is the eastern horizon point (also called the Ascendant) that concerns me with this Full Moon event. The Royal Star of Persia Aldebaran ("Archangel Michael") will be in Conjunction with the Ascendant at the time of this Harvest Full Moon. And while this star offers fame and recognition (as well as danger), this star also demands immense responsibility and dignity. Expect verbal debates and similar open conflicts to significantly increase in numbers (and intensity) in Washington D.C. over the next two weeks. Part of this may be Ukraine, but another part concerns the reality of a 2024 U.S. election that is now increasingly difficult to rig or manipulate. Quitting while one is ahead may be the best strategy for anyone involved in gambling, but with politics there is a real possibility of one being compromised and having no choice with ones' legislative or political actions (be it legal or illegal). This hostility and intensity of verbal conflict taking place after this Full Moon may increase as the end of September 2024 approaches and the 2024 U.S. election gets near. The best comparison for the type of verbal conflict and hostility taking place in Washington D.C. (after this 2024 Harvest Full Moon) is a comparison of some Washington D.C. residents behavior with the same type of behavior coming from a psychiatric patient about to get legally commited to an asylum (with no recourse).
