The “Schumann Resonance” is the vibrational (movement of energy, and energy is life force) frequency (at particular intervals) of Earth caused by the planet’s surface electromagnetic waves as they align with the electromagnetic waves generated by lightning strikes in the ionosphere which is the upper atmosphere of Earth.
There is a “Global Schumann Resonance” (GSR) and a “Regional Schumann Resonance” (RSR). The “GSR” concerns the entire planet; whereas, the “RSR” deals only with the vibrational frequency in a certain area of the planet due to various weather situations.
Since ancient times, Rishis (“Sages”) have known the vibrational frequency of Earth to be between “7.83” and “7.88” km/s (kilometers per second). They also considered “amplitude” or the strength and depth of the vibrational frequency as Earth’s core was affected as well as its outer atmosphere.
In modern times, the “GSR” and the “RSR” was “re-discovered” by the Physicist Dr. Winfried Otto Schumann, and his research was published and accepted world-wide in 1952. Thus, the name “Schumann Resonance” was given to the anciently-known electromagnetic waves of Earth in concert with those of the ionosphere.
Both the “GSR” and the “RSR” are discussed as “Hertz” levels — a unit of measurement named for the research of Physicist Dr. Heinrich Rudolf Hertz in the latter 1880s. The reporting station trusted by most scientific organizations world-wide for the “GSR” is the one in Tomsk, Russia.
When elevations (also known as “spikes”) in either the “GSR” or the “RSR” occur, they affect not just the planet but also life forms on the planet as well, and this includes humanity.
Thus, as the Earth is stirred-up and shaken and is heightened in vibrational frequency, so is most of humanity physically, mentally, and emotionally.
What is happening is that the natural electromagnetic frequency of the human nervous system and all other parts of the human being are affected or activated by the planet’s activations.
Ears can ring; headaches can occur; hearts can pound and beat faster; changes in planetary gravitational “pulls” can cause dizziness; old issues can surface such as increased aches and pains in muscles; heat surges begin; anxiety can rear-up suddenly; and nightly sleep can seem almost impossible to achieve.
All that the Earth experiences humanity experiences too, and some persons are more sensitive to planetary shifts than others, but everyone is affected in various ways. Many people may not understand what is actually occurring and think that something is “wrong” with them.
As has been pointed out, however, in previous teachings, as along as there is a natural and spiritual orientation to wellness rather than a conventional focus on chemical drugs and invasive medical procedures, then there is no need for concern.
Yet ,there are those who are more secure when they check-in with conventional medical staff because they have yet to understand the spiritual science process that is occurring on the planet and throughout this solar system.
So, if some people feel better consulting doctors then they should do so. Some doctors do indeed understand the truth of spiritual science, and they are advising their patients accordingly. Some doctors understand but are reluctant to share certain information with their patients for fear of loss of their medical license. Many doctors do not understand at all and just service patients based on what they learned in conventional medical schools and do not care to learn anything else.
Spiritually, the dramaic changes that Earth is having as well as humanity are referred to as “Ascension Symptoms” which indicates that a major upward shift in human consciousness is being offerred in order to allow for a new era to be birthed, and eras have been discussed previously as “YUGAS” or “AGES” from the Vedic perspective which is the most accurate in describing planetary changes and their characteristics. Back to a discussion of the technological devices, even the one in Tomsk, Russia is thought by several Physicists to be excellent generalized information on the “GSR” or the “RSR”, but they cannot give a completely accurate depiction of the cosmic events that are stirring the Earth’s “GSR” or “RSR”.
For example, the ratings of these are more realistic when they are multiplied three times. Today, for instance, the “GSR” is given as level “51” as of approximately “8:00” AM this morning (EST), Monday, December 15th, 2025. Mulitplying this by the value of “3” gives the more accurate level of the “GSR” as a tremendous “153”!
The “GSR” activated by many cosmic events results in quakes, storms, volcanic eruptions, and floods — all signals of planetary upleveling. There have been 123 earhquakes — most in the upper “3s”, “4s”, and “5s” of magnitude (size or extent) — in the past 24 hours, and a “4.0” has happened in the state of California (USA) with the epicenter being near the city of Kenwood.
A huge coronal hole has also been detected on our Sun that is directed at Earth, and powerful solar winds are expected to arrive to our planet within about two days.
These winds may carry strong solar flare (proton and electron surges) energy and attendant coronal mass ejections (radiation waves from the solar proton and electron surges).
Geomagnetic (radiation) storms could occur, but they are not projected at this time, even though all solar flares contain either small,medium, or large geomagnetics. It is the large ones that seem to be the ones most avidly reported by scientific groups because they have the strongest electromagnetic charges and can, thus, cause the most potent planetary events.
Also, currently, proton plasma that has been pressing into our planet’s magnetosphere (protective shield) daily is merely hovering around it but not pressing into or through it. This could change in coming days as the solar winds increase. The “GSR” will also be amplified.
Remember that your HIGHER SELF is the most accurate “reporting station”. Also remember that we are continually in a process of RECEPTON and ACCLIMATION. In other words, we receive energetics from our planet and from the outer cosmos, and then we have to adjust to what is received. Then once adjustments have been made, new energetics arrive.
The planet Earth nor is humanity ever completely quiet. However, we can calmly receive and acclimate to the necessary changes of this era by engaging in various “grounding” techniques that have been provided in earlier teachings as we attune to the “GSR” and to our elevating consciousness.
