Coincidence isn't a word heard much from the members of Ashtar Command on Hades base and it's no coincidence that the session chosen as this month's podcast at random has Karra discussing the circumstances of Tia's arrival on the 6th dimension. After getting the story form Tia herself in last month's podcast, this month we hear from Karra's point of view how everything came about. It's yet another example of level of the detail going on behind the scenes here at the Hades Base News taking place on a dimension higher than the 3rd.
Karra gets things going with an introduction of herself followed by an excellent treatise on self-healing, one of her favorite subjects. The world's first hand transplant and cloning which leads into the story of Tia's dimensional transition when she D jumped from Durondedunn in the 3rd dimension and nearly died from the experience. We also hear the odds of that cloning procedure actually being successful and they're shockingly low. Treebeard adds his centuries of wisdom to the channeling session next and while his master of English is not as developed as some of the other speakers, he makes up for it with his specialized knowledge. One part of his knowledge is in his ability to probe thought or read minds. Throughout his time talking we are treated to a number examples from a master of the skill. So much so in fact that those in the channeling room on the base have to remind him to let us verbalize our questions for the tape just as side two runs out of it.
Treebeard ends what he had to say by referencing his over 700 years of watching things grow and seeing that growth even through the waiting period after he leaves his body. Kiri takes his place and quickly gives us a redacted paragraph from the owners manual of a warp core engine, part of an on-going joke between her and Skip. We get to celebrate with her as she gives us the news that she has made the team for the Tri-Base Ski races held each year. One problem though, the course on Centari Base has been rained out and the races have to be moved to Sirius at the last moment. She explains why it can't be held on the base and that replacing a pair of skis she broke is not going to happen overnight. Omal joins the session with a humorous introduction of his role on the base. He next gets up to date with the status of the inter-species conference. Only one other channel had agreed but more would join the Arcturians later. Bunny takes time out from vacation from her courses back on Sirius to help with our learning. In explaining herself, she describes a time where a healing she was doing went disastrously wrong in that she ended up re-writing the circuitry in her head that did end up being healed. She then goes on to explain the differences in a Sirian education to one on Earth before finishing with a joke that leaves all of us rolling on the floor.
