Movella and Drexk both think that this map from Sheldan Niddle (posted by Justin) is the most accurate depicting Atlantis in the past. As the sea level drops, due to water being used to recreate the ice firmament above the Earth, Atlantis will emerge again.

What if the individuals we study from ancient cultures are not distant strangers separated by millennia, but rather ourselves in previous incarnations? Could it be that when we feel drawn to certain historical periods or civilizations, we are actually remembering fragments of our own past experiences? This intriguing possibility raises profound questions about the nature of human existence and consciousness itself.
Consider this: What if some of us walking the Earth today once lived as citizens of the legendary Atlantis? If reincarnation is indeed possible, how does consciousness survive the death of the physical body to return again and again in different forms? And perhaps most importantly, what does this mean for how we understand our connection to ancient wisdom and lost civilizations?
These questions challenge us to examine both just historical evidence and mystical traditions, to study the very nature of consciousness itself. Is our awareness merely a byproduct of brain chemistry, or could it be something far more enduring, something capable of carrying memories, lessons, and karmic patterns from one lifetime to another? To explore whether we might truly be reincarnated Atlanteans living in a modern world facing similar challenges to those that allegedly destroyed that ancient civilization, we must first understand what consciousness is and how it might transcend physical death.
How Is It Possible to Reincarnate: Consciousness?
Mainstream science tells that the only reason we have consciousness is because we have developed a big brain. By this way of thinking, consciousness is a byproduct of the evolving brain. Some scientists, however, believe otherwise. From their perspective, consciousness is not bound to matter; it exists independently of the brain although mediated by it and this is supported by out of body and near-death research. This would allow it to leave the body at death and come back in human form again. In other words, one could have a series of lives in Atlantis, several in, for instance, Egypt, Greece, South America, Rome, and a dozen or so lives later, an incarnation in America.
Reincarnation, Karma, and the Akashic Record
Reincarnation is the belief that the soul or some spark of a person lives on after death and is reborn in another human body at some subsequent time. Historically, the Vedas are considered by most scholars the most ancient spiritual practice to believe in reincarnation, beginning about 700 B.C. However, Egyptologist Rene Schwaller, in his book The Temple of Man, suggests that the ancient Egyptians, at least a thousand years before the Vedas, believed in reincarnation.
When examining the subject of reincarnation, many people have asked the question: If we have lived before, why do we forget our past lives? Some therapists have an answer for this. For instance, Chris Bache, in his book, Lifecycles, suggests that in isolating us from our larger identity, our amnesia intensifies learning by focusing us exclusively on the experience in which we are presently engaged. Thus, it prevents us from being distracted by memories and experiences that would disrupt the conditions of our present learning exercise.

It's almost as if they do not trust languages used by ancient people to be accurate...bizarre and arrogant of them...
And Plato ((c. 428 – 347 BC) spelled it out to them, the when and the where....And he was told by Solon, who received the data, accurately, from Egyptian high priests...who kept meticulous records....Always the modern "expert" lacks confidence in ancient records...So no wonder most of early kingdom Egyptology, is off beam...They even think that Pharaoh Khufu planned and built the great pyramid...He did not..
Not unlike the Sheldan Nidle artwork, posted by Justin...
The future Earth will have a similar sea level to those ancient times...the Pleistocene epoch...albeit, much of the ice will be locked up in the firmament layers at those high altitudes of 15,000 and 35,000 feet...spherical ice sheets..

-that trench below the ocean , the middle and southern half, must have been the mountain ranges? Unless the plates have shifted drastically over the millennia.

And that map posted by Justin is accurate and shows Atlantis and other continents, at that time when the sea levels were lower...
