What I deem, or perceive, as “Tyler” is simply the consciousness that is plugged into this collection of particles generating my body. And because the combination of these forces creates within us an individual energy source, we have the ability to manipulate how our emotional and physical bodies respond. So today, I want to talk about what it feels like to have an etheric cleansing.
We get so caught up in our daily lives its easy to not pay attention to the baggage that we may be carrying. We can forget about all of the junk that gets stored up inside of us. We have old emotional wounds, that get compounded by old programs from earlier in life, many times supplied by our family or the environment we grew up in. These programs continue operating in the background. 
And just like any other computer, the more obsolete programs we have running in the background the easier it is for a system crash. Ever feel in life like technically your operating, but in some or multiple ways are just limping along?
I spent a lot of time working out and deleting the programs I was given regarding trust, self reliance, faith, spirituality, love and self-worth. But I most certainly kept operating with my father's view of money, its place in my life and the world around me. I copied his behavior, mimicking his treatment of money.
For someone who never had any money, my father certainly had very strong opinions about it and carried himself with an air of knowledge. This from the man who, for most of my childhood / teens, couldn't afford the monthly rent in a regular apartment complex. Instead we lived in a basement apartment of our congregation kingdom hall (what Jehovah's Witnesses call their place of worship).
I was caught up in enough other things that I wasn't paying attention to the full scope of this effect on me. Looking back I can definitely see circles that I ran myself in because I was trying to defrag my hard drive, not realizing I was missing big pieces.

Once you realize that there is a program to be deleted you kind of have a Tom Hanks Turner & Hooch moment. And you'll be happy to know, its a rather straightforward and simple process to remove it.

First you must wholly decided you are ready. Then with earnest and sincere intent you inform the universe (different than petition, or wanting permission) and all those energies pertaining to you that are listening, that you're ready for the implant to be removed, and/or the program to be deleted. It's truly just that simple. However simple doesn't always mean easy.
Many times I wanted to be finished with something, yet there was still a part of me afraid to let it go. Or my motivation for being finished with something was because I didn't want to actually feel and release the emotions surrounding that particular program.
Whether it's strictly through your higher self, one or more of your guides, or perhaps your star family you can count on an intense experience. A mental, physical, emotional and spiritual roller coaster.
Whenever I experience this type of cleansing it's typically through my subconscious while sleeping. I will remember portions of it, similar to a dream but with a heavier degree of awareness. Almost like a lucid dream.
Sometimes I'll partially wake up during, having telepathic conversations with whomever might be working on me in that particular moment. Any instances of being awake, aware and in communication are by far some of my favorite experiences!
The first time I experienced this was after my first Quantum Healing session with a student of Dolores Cannon. I was able to break through a lot barriers while in a hypnotized state.
At the time I had a fairly gnarly cut on my thigh that we'd ask to be healed while in the session. The work began immediately.
Once I was home I was put into a mild state of trance. I began to feel a more intense sensation of tingling in the flesh of my leg, along with a definite change in energy.
My star family, who I had just consciously reunited with in my healing session, began to come in one at a time to work on my leg. It was one of the craziest experiences I've had on this plane!!
Each one felt different. Without them having to tell me it was someone else, I could tell them apart. Physically they
each had their own unique touch, just like multiple surgeons can perform the same procedure, but each with their own personal technique.
I could feel my etheric body fusing with my physical body, each growing stronger.
It was the first time I literally felt in my body the sheer strength and power of my energy and intent. I think so often its easy to perceive our etheric body as separate from ourselves and our physical body and that we are anchored in them, having to reach up to attain connection with our etheric selves.
But really I feel that these bodies are in fact our manifestation, not the other way around. What we do in our etheric bodies translates to what our physical bodies receive and operate from.
So when you choose in your core to switch up the operating system, the result is intensely felt in the body.
This most recent experience sacked me out for 14 hours of sleep. Once I finally was able to stay awake it took me a few minutes to even muster the strength to get out of bed. I was shuffling around the house like an old Muhammad Ali, lol.
Internally my body felt like it had just exhumed and dumped anything it had inside it. I felt the weakness and absence of anything in my system, just like after a major bout of food poisoning.
Mentally and emotionally I felt fan-freaking-tastic!! Completely at ease and overflowing with a sense of peace. Despite the shuffling I even felt light on my feet.
Honestly, sometimes the hardest part to wrap your head around, is just how easy it really is when you allow yourself to let go.
Embracing the sheer beauty and power of our entire spiritual and physical existence is giving ourselves the best gift in life. Celebrate your infinite beauty and ability!!
