Today we are speaking of the Heart Center; the High Heart or etheric heart. The energetic field aligned with the thymus gland and the anchored light matrix of the Soul.

It is through the balancing and harmonizing of these heart centered energies that expanded states of consciousness become accessible. When the heart field is coherent and unified, higher dimensional awareness can be experienced more consistently.

Foundations of the Practice;

1. Breath is paramount

Deep, slow, rhythmic breathing regulates the nervous system and opens the energetic field.
Inhale gently through the nose.
Exhale slowly through the mouth or nose.
Allow the breath to become smooth and circular.

2. Intent, Focus, Commitment

Clear intention directs energy.
Focused awareness anchors it.
Commitment sustains it.

Keep your awareness centered in the heart region throughout.

Physical Anchoring Techniques
These gestures help bring awareness into the High Heart (upper chest/thymus area):

Place both hands on your chest, right hand resting over left.

With your left hand, bring the thumb and index finger together.
Place this mudra approximately one inch below the “V” of your collarbones (the thymus area).

You may gently tap this center with your index or middle finger while breathing. This stimulates awareness and can help maintain focus.

Use whichever method feels natural and grounding.

Visualization

As you breathe, visualize a golden rose within your heart center.

With each inhale;

See it gathering light.

Feel it filling with warmth.

With each exhale;

See it expanding.

Watch it blossom open, petal by petal.

Allow the golden light to radiate outward; first filling your chest, then your entire body, and eventually extending beyond your physical form into your energetic field.

Do not force the image. Let it unfold gently.

Energetic Integration

As the rose expands, imagine;

Old energies dissolving.

Emotional imbalances softening.

The mind becoming quiet.

Remain in this state for several minutes. If attention wanders, return to;

Breath… Heart… Golden Rose.

Over time, this consistent practice strengthens coherence between the physical heart, the thymus region, and the subtle energy body.

Important Grounding Addition
After meditation;

Take three deep breaths.

Rub your palms together.

Place your hands on your lower abdomen.

Visualize roots extending from your feet into the earth.

Grounding ensures the integration of higher awareness into daily life.

You begin to anchor yourself into higher realities as your DNA awakens through the activation of the High Heart.

Mantras to help in clearing this area;

I am open to divine love.
I have an open heart.
I forgive myself and others.
I love myself.
I am a compassionate being.

You can invite the Elohim, Archangels, Ascended Masters to shine their light on this area; ask them for assistance in clearing your Heart Center. You can also use crystals, stones by placing and holding them on this area of the Chest; Rose Quartz, Kyanite. I am certain there are many stones, crystals which help, though these resonate more.

Another thing you can do; record yourself saying the mantras offered above, listen to it with headphones. You also can use the 528hz frequency with the intent of healing, and activating the High Heart.

The breath is key in all of this to shifting your frequency.

When your focus is the Heart Center, where love and intent originate, as you do this with commitment, you activate and expand this center, becoming open and embodying more divine love, higher wisdom, peace, forgiveness, compassion, and attaining a greater awareness of your soul purpose for this lifetime.
