Happy Valentine’s Day!!

I hope that this day is filled with love and moment of nurturing support. This is a day when the world is thinking of love, relationships, intentions, emotions, experiences…. I could go on and on.  It is seen by the public as a day to celebrate with the one you love, thinking in a romantic way.  However, I feel as if it is a day just be in the flow of love.  Accept love from within you, express love to everyone around you; not just your personal relationships. 

I invite to consider a way in which you can show love. Perhaps a kind word to someone else.  Perhaps holding the elevator.  Perhaps paying for someone’s lunch.  I could go on and on.  To begin with, give yourself a big hug of love and support, then enjoy the day as you express this outward.  The way that you feel is the filter for all that happens in your life.
